Research Scientist Ref RS05:

DNA/RNA isolation from limited samples, PCR techniques, agarose and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. To perform molecular biological techniques and assist in the conduct of method development for DNA forensic testing, genetic diagnostic testing, sequencing methodology and genetic identification within an ISO 17025 accredited framework. This position would suit a graduate in molecular biology. Although experience would be considered as an asset, training will be provided by the company.

Laboratory Technician Ref LT05:

A person in this position will be required to assist staff Scientists and other Laboratory Personel in all the routine laboratory tasks including : Cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining laboratory equipment and work areas. Assisting in maintenance and running of state-of-the-art DNA separation equipment in regular day to day laboratory operations including compliance with all the requirements of ISO 17025. This position would suit a graduate in lab Tech Science or a science graduate. Although experience will be considered as an asset, training will be provided by the company.
